A Little Reminder About Respect 🤍

We would just like to say something with the utmost respect and kindness.

We completely understand that it can be frustrating when you contact us hoping for an appointment and we are fully booked. We genuinely appreciate every single person who wants to have their hair done with us — it means the world to us that our salon is so busy and so sought-after.

However, please remember that being fully booked is not something we can apologise for, and unfortunately we cannot always accommodate last-minute appointments.

We have recently received some messages expressing frustration in a way that is simply not acceptable, including rude and disrespectful language because we have no availability.

We completely understand disappointment, but there is never a reason to be rude or disrespectful to someone who is simply trying to help you.

Our appointments fill up because we work hard, our clients trust us, and thankfully, we are a very busy and sought-after salon.

So please, if you would like an appointment, we kindly ask you to book in advance. If we are fully booked, we will always do our best to offer you the next available appointment or help where we can.

We are always happy to speak with you, but we kindly ask for the same kindness, patience and respect that we give to every one of our clients. 🤍
