We’re a busy, established barbershop with an active clientele. We handle customer acquisition and marketing, allowing you to concentrate on cutting, improving your skills and building loyal clients.

What we offer:

* Choose your pay: 50% commission or a fixed wage discussed during the interview
* Ongoing training to help you become faster, sharper and more successful
* All tools and equipment provided
* Uniforms supplied
* Active clientele and marketing handled by us
* Payments always made on time
* We handle your NI, tax and related paperwork—even under the commission option
* Working hours: 9:00am–7:00pm
* Five or six-day working options
* No Sundays or public holidays
* Team social events and trips abroad
* A relaxed, energetic environment where we work hard, joke around and enjoy the day

We take our standards seriously, but we also believe work should be enjoyable. If you provide excellent customer service, want to improve and are looking for somewhere you can build a proper future, we want to meet you.

The Lads’ Barbershop is growing. Our chairs are consistently fully booked, we already have an established client base, and we’re now looking for two experienced, reliable and client-focused barbers to join our team.

You won’t need to build a clientele from nothing or invest heavily in equipment. We provide the setup, bookings and support—you show up, deliver excellent cuts and look after our clients.

Applicants should be experienced, mature, punctual, professional and able to communicate confidently with clients.
