Savez-vous que le chocolat et le sucre sont bénéfiques pour le corps....en tant qu'exfoliant evidemment 😁

⭐️L'exfoliation élimine les cellules mortes et les impuretés; elle rend donc la peau plus douce, souple et prête à recevoir la crème (hydratante, nourissante, anti-cellulite...) appliquée ensuite.

🍫En avant pour la recette du Gommage Corps au Chocolat :

🍫Prenez : 1/2 tasse de sucre blanc
1/2 tasse de sucre roux
1/2 tasse d'huile de coco ( ou canola/olive)
1/2 tasse de cacao (miam !)

🍫Mélangez le tout avec une cuillère et mettez dans un pot avec un couvercle. (peut être conservé au réfrigérateur)

🍫Et voilà, votre gommage fait maison est prêt à être utilisé, une à deux fois par semaine...sans AUCUN risque pour votre santé ! Sympa et original aussi comme cadeau....

🍫Let's get right to the Chocolate Body Scrub Recipe :

🍫Take : 1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup coconut oil ( or canola/olive oil)
1/2 cup cocoa powder (yummy !)

🍫 Mix everything with a spoon and put in a storage tin or jar. (can be kept in the fridge)

🍫Et voilà ! your homemade body scrub is ready to be used, once or twice a week....with no health risks ! Also an original gift to give....

* Eucalyptus Radiata / narrow leaf
* Laurel Leaf - contra indication: pregnancy
* Spike Lavender
* Tea Tree - contra indication: pregnancy
* Peppermint - contra indication: pregnancy; child 1-5 years

☘️ Use just one oil or a few drops of 2/3 different ones; the
choice is yours !

Je vous propose un mini massage du visage de 5 mins, à faire à la maison ; le résultat : plus d'éclat, les traits moins fatigués, la peau boostée.
Très simple à executer : regardez la photo ci-dessous et commencez par le haut du visage pour finir au cou.

- Pour les flèches : vous utilisez les doigts pour faire les mouvements.
- Pour les flèches circulaires, vous faites des cercles avec 2 doigts.
- Pour les losanges : vous utilisez l'index et le majeur pour faire des points de pression.
- Vous finissez en tapotant avec les doigts sur tout le visage.

Faites tous les mouvements 3 fois. Détente assurrée !

How about doing a simple face massage at home ? It'll take 5 mins for your skin to glow, to feel boosted and energized.
Very easy to do : look at the photo below and start at the top of the face to finish at the neck.

- For the arrows : the fingers are used to perform the movement.
- Where the arrow curves, use 2 fingers in a rotating motion. - - For the diamond : the index and middle finger are used to perform pressure points.
- End off by taping lightly on the whole face.

All movements can be done 3 times. So relaxing !
