Good nutrition is very important, eat in a timely way, eat good food varying each everytime. Consume more veggies and fruits, fish, eggs, drink lots of water. BUT remove fast foods from your lives, if u are hungry outside, eat a banana and drink water to calm down the hunger till you reach home to eat healthily.
who wants to experience losing some weight and running faster after that?
a nice tip, dnt pay attention to the changes when ull be training, just do it, make it a habit, take it as if u are not expecting anything, after 6 to 8 months, then see what have changed, 30mins run min thrice a week, controlled food, no alcohol.
If you want to change your physical appearance, if u are training for that, results wont come quickly, dont be discouraged,as the day youll see slight changes,your motivation will increase and by yourself youll want more changes,only if you are willing for that.
always start from light training,to moderate,to normal,to hard,to very hard training..dnt go from zero to very hard, this will cause heavy body damage.
