The relationship between our diet and mental health is complex. Many people eat food to feel better. Eating food depending on our emotions can be both healthy and unhealthy. Dealing with our emotions can lead us to some serious healthy eating habits such as:
1.Eating right amount of food
2.Eating on time
3.Staying hydrated
4.Be aware of our gut comfort
5.Keeping the right amount of caffeine, sleep and excercise
Unhealthy eating habits targeted by negative emotions can lead to some eating disorders namely binge eating, anorexia nervosa and bulimia Nervosa.

1. Very nutritious-Dates contain several vitamins and minerals, in addition to fiber and antioxidants. However, dates are high in calories since they are dried fruit.

In one study, 21 people who consumed 7 dates per day for 21 days experienced improvements in stool frequency and had a significant increase in bowel movements compared to when they did not eat dates.
