Apple Fritters(Zitumbuwa)

3-4 apples(cut them after you have mixed all the other ingredients together. This will help that they should not turn brown)
I cup(500ml) flour(best flour to use is cake flour. It fries better)
Four tablespoons of sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
1 litre milk(one of the cheapest ways to get milk is to use milk powder)
1 egg
2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar (mix same amount of sugar and cinnamon together. But if you are the kind of person that doesn't like too much sugar just add less sugar and more cinnamon)
Oil for frying

Mix the sugar, flour, salt, and baking powder and whisk until combined.
In a small bowl mix the milk and egg until combined. Add into dry ingredients and mix until just incorporated.
Mix the apple chunks with the the cinnamon and sugar and dump the mixture into the other mixed ingredients.
Fry tablespoons at a time until golden brown.
If you want to coat them in cinnamon and sugar after they are done make sure to do that once you have finished frying them.
