I’ve danced since age 2 and never stopped. I still train the same way — no trends, no borrowed methods. Just the work.

At 61, after 30+ years teaching at my spa, I still hear:
“It’s too hard.” “It’s too early.” “I couldn’t walk for 3 days.” Bla Bla Bla ......

Those are reasons to just be lazy .......
Some students have been with me from the start. Some are older. Some younger Some have medical ssues.
They show up because they want real change in their bodies.

I don’t teach Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Step or Zumba.
I teach how to shape and strengthen your body to a healthier version of you

After two months in Guadalajara visiting practically every skin-care clinic, the only thing I learned is that my treatments aren’t missing anything. I don’t teach poses or choreographed routines.
I teach you how to improve the shape and strength of your body — the same way a dancer learns to use theirs as an instrument.
