Oh hi, it's me. Consider this the proper re-introduction.

For a long time this was just me posting the work I loved for my friends and a few fellow artists. The room got a lot bigger lately, so hi, and welcome in.

I'm Zoë Elizabeth, a British makeup artist based in Mexico (y sí, hablo español). Super natural skin and soft glam are my thing, and complexion is where I really come alive. There's no one size fits all in my chair. Every face is its own, and every look gets built around how that person wants to feel.

When I'm not working, life is daily Dr. Joe Dispenza meditation, good coffee and better champagne, three dogs, two cats, Law + Order on repeat, and a lot of 90s hip hop and RnB. I'll take any excuse to get on a plane, whether it's for a wedding or just room service somewhere in a fluffy robe with my husband.
Teaching is the part I love most. After growing my team to 20+ artists and over 1,000 weddings, I share the things I had to learn the hard way. The makeup, and the business bits nobody warns you about at the start.

I really do believe in manifesting, energy, and a little magic. Mostly I just love creating beautiful things and moments, and the people I get to make them with.

You’re making it hard to pay you

Your artistry isn’t the problem. Your process is.
Every place you make someone stop and think is a place they can leave. And “luxury” that takes a week of back and forth to book isn’t luxury, it’s friction with nice branding. Luxury is fewer steps, not more.

Booking you should feel as easy as everything else your client buys.

If inquiry to booked takes you longer than it takes them to check out of any other store they love, that’s the thing to fix, not your work.

That’s what I coach: the systems and workflows that make you look as expensive as you already are.

Beauty notes from Ana's wedding weekend 🤍

We kicked things off with Ana's trial, running through her bridal look before switching gears into something a little different for the rehearsal dinner. For the rehearsal she wanted a brighter eye and a softer, pinkier cheek, a fun, glowy moment before the big day.

For the wedding, she opted for her hair up and a look built to last through a hot summer day. The key players: blush, bronzing stick, and Yummy Skin Blurring Balm Powder to keep everything matte and in place, even in 35° heat.

Everyone wants a bridal team. Almost no one asks these questions first.

Building a team isn’t just about saying yes to more weddings. It’s about who you’re willing to become to hold it.

Are you training artists or headhunting them? Can your systems actually handle the volume, or will a team just expose the cracks? Could you cope if a bride loved someone else’s work more than yours?

None of this is meant to scare you off. It’s meant to make sure you build the right thing, for the right reasons.

Because when it works, it’s one of the most rewarding things you’ll ever build. It’s a wild ride. But if you’re ready for it, it’s worth every minute.
