One of the big differences between conventional cosmetics and artisanal-natural cosmetics🌿 is the number of ingredients used in the composition of their products. Then, check a label of some product, and you'll be surprised how easy it's to understand it, and the confidence that it will give you to know what you are putting on your body🙏

[ESP] ¿Has visto que algunos Aloe Vera🌵 cambian el color de sus hojas cuando llega el verano? Esto lo hacen para protegerse de la radiación UV⚡☀️ que en verano se intensifica. Lo mismo sucede con nuestra piel cuando se broncea. El bronceado es una señal de daño en la piel. Es muy importante usar protector solar siempre -sobre todo en verano🏖️- pero en este caso puntual, no recomiendo🙅🏻‍♀️ los protectores solares caseros o "handmade" ¿Por qué?🤔: Podemos utilizar un shampoo que no cumpla con nuestras expectativas, pero en este caso que no cumpla con lo esperado, no implica un riesgo para la salud. En cambio, que el protector solar no cumpla su función, sí lo supone.
Ya existen marcas de cosmética natural🍃 cuyos protectores solares pasaron pruebas de efectividad y podemos estar segur@s de que nos protegen de los rayos UV⚡☀️

Cuando decimos que un producto de uso tópico contiene o no, ingredientes comedogénicos, hablamos de la capacidad que tienen dichos ingredientes para tapar los poros de la piel y generar comedones o puntos negros.

Esto significa que la cantidad de aceites/grasas en un cosmético no siempre predispone tu piel a la aparición de puntos negros.
Y también te cuento, que por usar sólo productos "oil-free" o "ligeros" no estás excent@ de padecer comedones o acné, ya que la aparición de éstos, es un proceso complejo y MULTIFACTORIAL.
¡Es hora de ir perdiendo el miedo a los aceites, pueden ser grandes aliados en el cuidado de la piel!💃🌿

This means that the amount of oils/fats in a cosmetic doesn't always predispose your skin to the appearance of blackheads.

[ESP] ¿Hasta cuándo vas a postergar ese pequeño, pero importante, cambio?🧐 Seguro que pasó por tu mente varias veces pero tienes dudas...I FEEL YOU! Enserio, te entiendo, porque antes de cambiarme al shampoo sólido, pasé por algunas experimentaciones: Estuve varios años probando diferentes opciones de shampoo líquido con ingredientes naturales 🌱y sin químicos tóxicos en formato refill (rellenaba mi botella), pero ninguno terminó de convencerme, entonces probé el método "No-poo", que consiste en la utilización de bicarbonato de sodio y vinagre😳🙈 para limpiar el cabello, por suerte, pude investigar más a fondo sobre esto antes de tener efectos negativos (no hay que usar productos con un pH diferente al del cuero cabelludo🤓) Todo esto lo hice por dos motivos: quería evitar el uso de las botellas plásticas🚯 de los shampoos y quería dejar de utilizar productos con ingredientes que, según estudios científicos, podrían tener consecuencias negativas en mi salud😷. Descubrir el shampoo sólido fue la solución a mis inquietudes y realmente no lo cambio por nada💆💚... ¡vamos, anímate a cambiar!💪
