Hi Friends, so Updates: I am opening up my own yoga studio in my old home-town right by the border to Mexico. I'm stoked because its definitely an under-served community here and we are creating a type of light house here - planting seeds of consciousness where its really truly needed. This area is filled with a medical mafia and many people who are physically ill with either diabetes (which is what I just lost my mom to) or heart diseases, not to mention stress, etc... who think taking medications everyday is going to help them - and it may but doesn't treat the root of the problem. Excited to open up the studio in 2-3 weeks hopefully and provide yoga, guided meditations, wellness workshops for the community down here. I won't be here forever but long enough to get this up and running, set up teacher trainings to get more people in the area teaching and then I may pass on the torch... Can't wait to share with you ..
