Official Report on Unauthorized Use of My Image and Identity

I wish to formally lodge a report regarding the unauthorized use of my image and personal identity by the company The Liven Global Pvt. / Liven Global Biotech (Bangladesh), through their website www.elivenglobal.com.

The company has falsely represented me as their Chief Executive Officer (CEO), which raises serious concerns that they may be engaged in fraudulent activities.

The use of my image without consent constitutes a violation of my personal rights and also poses a significant risk to the public, who may be misled into believing that I am endorsing or involved with this company.

I demand that all forms of unauthorized use of my image be immediately ceased in all Liven Global marketing materials, whether online or offline.

Furthermore, I request that a thorough investigation be conducted into the operations of this company to ensure that they are not engaged in any deceptive or fraudulent business practices.

I will not hesitate to take appropriate legal action to protect my reputation and to prevent any further harm to the public who may potentially fall victim to these misleading marketing tactics.
