提供新陈代谢的好习惯:
1. 足量饮水
水在人体代谢中是不可或缺的,营养物质必须溶于水才能被吸收。
每天饮用1500-1700毫升(7-8杯)水。
建议:一次性不要喝太多,少量多次才是加速新陈代谢的正确饮用做法。
2. 喝茶
喝茶有助于体内脂肪转换成游离脂肪酸,游离脂肪酸可以促进细胞新陈代谢。
建议:日常饮用绿茶或者乌龙茶。
3. 早餐
早餐是唤醒身体新陈代谢的一餐,不吃早餐容易让新陈代谢处于低迷不振的状态,不利于健康减脂。
