最近真的有点累，所以这次来到 Borneo Health & Reflexology Centre，给自己安排了一次 Thai Massage 🧡

整个体验从咨询、准备，到正式开始按摩都很舒服。师傅会配合不同的 pressure、stretching & body movements 🤲✨

我觉得 Thai Massage 最特别的地方，就是不只是单纯按一按，而是结合伸展和不同手法，让身体慢慢放松下来。🧘‍♀️

按到一半真的有一种：
“啊……我怎么现在才来” 的感觉 😂

偶尔真的不要只顾着忙，
也要记得给自己一点时间，好好放松一下。❤️

After being busy for a while, I decided it was finally time to slow down and give myself a little break. 🧡

So this time, I visited Borneo Health & Reflexology Centre for a Thai Massage experience.

From the consultation and preparation to the massage itself, everything felt really relaxing. The therapist combined different pressure, stretching & body movements throughout the session. 🤲✨

What I love about Thai Massage is that it’s not just about getting a massage. The combination of different techniques and stretches helps your body gradually loosen up and relax. 🧘‍♀️

And honestly… halfway through the session, I was like:
“Why didn’t I come earlier? 😂”

Sometimes, you just need to pause, recharge and take care of yourself. ❤️
