🤰孕期可以做蜜蜡除毛吗？什么时候适合？什么时候要避免？

很多准妈妈都会问：怀孕期间还能不能做蜜蜡除毛？其实是可以的，但要注意时间和身体状况哦👇

✨【什么时候可以开始？】
一般建议在孕期稳定后再进行，也就是👉 12周（3个月）之后
因为前三个月是胚胎发育关键期，身体较敏感，尽量减少不必要的刺激。

⚠️【什么时候不建议做？】
👉 36周之后在孕前和孕后没有做过私密蜜蜡除毛（孕晚期） 建议避免
👉 或出现以下情况时不建议进行：

- 宫缩频繁 / 有早产风险
- 皮肤变得特别敏感、易红肿
- 静脉曲张严重（尤其私密部位）

💡【为什么孕期要特别注意？】
1️⃣ 皮肤更敏感：荷尔蒙变化会让疼痛感增强，更容易刺激或发炎

Many expectant mothers ask: Can you still do waxing during pregnancy? The answer is yes, but you need to pay attention to timing and your physical condition 👇

It is generally recommended to do waxing only after pregnancy is stable 👉 after 12 weeks (3 months)
Because the first trimester is a critical period for embryo development, the body is more sensitive, so it is best to avoid unnecessary stimulation.
