拿督张成顺，祖籍中国广东惠来，出生于马来西亚槟城州，乃是一名成功的企业家。1975年，张氏开始他的商业王朝的第一步，创立了皮得贸易公司，销售美容美发仪器用品，其销售网络散布全马各地，对像则是美发美容院踏入1980年再开创发绅贸易有限公司以扩展企业务，开始迈进代理国际性的畅销产品，并曾设国际批发生意。张氏以他的独特与尖锐的眼光毅然将其业务方针进行大改革，开始走向品牌路线，大量迎进意大利，美国，日本，韩国等高尚品牌美发美容产品。短短数年掘起成为全国总代理，在国内稳固了批发市场。同时又开始创立自己品牌，如：Passion, Sukipassion,并注册于世界各地，将自己的品牌迈向全世界，走向国际。
