长时间在室内为啥还要防晒？皮肤伤不起
🌟很多朋友认为：如果长时间待在室内，没有接触到太阳🌞光线，就可以不做防晒。

‼️这是错误🙅的！

🌻 光线中的长波紫外线可以透过云层、玻璃，如果办公区域或者在家区域正好靠近窗户，长波紫外线就可以照射到皮肤上，加速皮肤衰老。

🌻光线还会反射，折射，可以通过室内的镜子🪞，玻璃等物品反射到皮肤。

🌻长时间对着电脑💻、手机📱，也会有蓝光辐射。

‼️因此必须做好防晒！

现在大部分人对自己的皮肤状态都不太了解, 就滥用护肤品🧐🧐别人说什么好就什么好，那是不对的，一定要了解自己的皮肤状态，现在用30 秒来了解👀👀少花冤枉钱

⚠️敏感皮肤
i. 皮肤表皮偏薄，脸上血红丝明显
ii. 暴晒后，皮肤泛红久久不退
iii. 容易脱皮或者发痒
iv. 洗脸后皮肤会绷紧，发红
v. 按摩、敷面膜、换新护肤品会觉得刺激

⚠️中性皮肤

i. T区特别容易出油
ii. U区容易干燥起皮
iii. 容易出现局部黑头，痘痘问题
iv. 皮肤相对比较粗糙
v. 肤色不均匀问题
