‎إنَّا ِللهِ وإنَّا إلَيْهِ رَاجِعُوْن

‎اَللهُمَّ اغْفِرْلَه وَارْحَمْه وَعَافِه وَاعْفُ عَنْه

“Allahumma firlahu warhamhu wa`afihu wa`fu`anhu”

Ya Allah ampunilah dia, rahmatilah dia, maafkanlah dia, ampunilah kesalahannya, muliakanlah kematiannya, lapangkanlah kuburnya.
Jadikanlah syurga sebagai ganti tempat tinggalnya.

Semoga Allah menerima segala amalan arwah dan mengangkat darjatnya disisi Allah SWT.
Semoga dilindungi dari seksa kubur dan semoga roh arwah ditempatkan dikalangan para solihin,

Allahumma Solli Ala Sayyidina Muhammad.
