4. Things like garlic, ginger, clear soups (chicken noodle, miso, etc.) can help you on your road to recovery.

5. Rub a little Vic's Vaporub on your back before heading to bed and you should breathe a little easier. (this is what my mom use to do to me when i sick during younger time)
