With the theme of “Tourism × Gourmet × Culture × Brand Recognition”, this award aims to discover and recognise Malaysia’s most representative restaurant brands, local cuisines, signature dishes, heritage food establishments and popular dining destinations.
This is more than a gourmet award.
It is an opportunity for outstanding F&B brands to be seen again by tourists, consumers, media and the wider F&B industry through the Visit Malaysia 2026 tourism theme.

It is dedicated to recognising traditional cuisine, local specialty food, heritage culinary culture, iconic restaurant brands and outstanding F&B enterprises.
Through award recognition, brand promotion, honour plaques, media exposure and tourism gastronomy initiatives, FRA aims to help more F&B brands gain visibility, recognition and opportunities to reach a wider market.
