糖尿病生活营·志愿瑜伽教学

很荣幸这次受邀到狮子会糖尿病生活营,和大家一起上了一堂轻松的瑜伽课 🧘‍♀️

很多人会觉得瑜伽只是拉拉筋,动一动,但其实慢慢练习瑜伽,对身体有很多温柔的小帮助。研究也发现,规律的瑜伽练习可以帮助身体更好地利用血糖,提高胰岛素敏感度,也能帮助放松压力,对预防或管理糖尿病都有一定的帮助。

所以今天不只是做动作而已,而是一起学习用更温柔的方式照顾自己的身体,慢慢呼吸,慢慢伸展,让健康一点一点发生。

很开心可以在这样有意义的活动里,陪大家动一动身体 🌿

Diabetes Lifestyle Camp 2026 · Voluntary Yoga Lesson

We are honoured to be invited to the Lions Club Diabetes Lifestyle Camp to conduct a yoga session. 🧘‍♀️

Many people think yoga is just stretching, but regular yoga practice can gently support our body in many ways. Studies have shown that yoga may help the body to use blood sugar more effectively, improve insulin sensitivity, and reduce stress, all of which can help in preventing or managing diabetes.

It was not just about doing yoga poses, but also about learning simple ways to take better care of our bodies.

Breathe slowly, move gently, and let health grow little by little.

We are grateful to be part of such a meaningful programme 🌿

这一次,我们把瑜伽带到了自然里。在靠近农场的空间练习,四周是树影、微风,还有不时响起的鸟鸣。

影片里虽然有背景音乐,但那些鸟声并不属于音乐,而是当下被记录下来的自然原声。

当瑜伽离开室内,走进大自然,练习好像也变得更柔软、更安静。每一次呼吸,都能感觉到风与空气在流动;每一个伸展,都像在和这片土地慢慢对话。

很开心能参与 Lion Club Diabetes Lifestyle Camp 的志愿瑜伽教学。有时候,一堂瑜伽课不需要太多装饰,只需要一点自然、一点阳光,和一群愿意慢下来的人。 🌿

This time, we brought yoga closer to nature. Practicing in a space near the farms, surrounded by trees, gentle breezes, and the occasional birdsong.

While there is background music in the video, the bird’s chirp that you hear from the video are not part of the soundtrack, they are the sounds captured in the moment.

When yoga steps outside the studio and into nature, practice feels softer and quieter. Every breath feels deeper, every stretch became more grounded.

We are grateful to volunteer a yoga session for the Lion Club Diabetes Lifestyle Camp. Sometimes a yoga class doesn’t need much, just a little nature, a little sunlight, and people that are willing to slow down together. 🌿
