Neuroplasticity plays a key role in the recovery of stroke rehabilitation. It is the ability of the central nervous sustem to change its activity in response to stimulus by reorganizing its structure, function or connections.

Hence, as how we had applied performance of repeated gross movements and functional movements in our stroke patient who was paralysed on her right side, she managed to move her right fingers and hand now, and hopefully soon to regain the movement of her entire right upper limb.
