The time spent at home today made me realize that I need to do it more often. Instead of busying myself with chores, I sat down and worked on my hobbies, started my 30-day deep relief yoga session, and had lots of fun video-calling with my friends. Although we spend our days differently, there are little things that we can do to care for ourselves, thus I’d like to kick off a self-care journey for all of us! 😊 I’d be sharing tips and simple ways to love ourselves a little more. Today’s a happy day, Girlfriends! You make someone’s day by cheering them up with the simplest thing. Since Luca woke me up with a tummy massage today, I’d dedicate this to my loveliest companion! I’d tag her but I’m still not sure about Luca having her own FB. 😆

I would call my mum first because she gives the best advice and she is my best friend since forever. Thanks mum!💐🧡

Work aside, I think we can agree that most of us have no recollection of what went down this year. Plenty of stay-at-home moments, taking too many photos of Snowy, and my failed dalgona coffee-making video are still somewhere in my phone. But memories are still made along the way. My family feels closer than ever, I got to find comfort in the little things in life, and it gives me strength to know that we are all in this together. So stay safe wherever you are today, Girlfriends. I’m counting down with a sleepover with none other than my two best friends. I hope you embrace every moment with love, are grateful for each day, and being content with every little thing that happened🥳 Spread love!
