Morning workout

My friend saw my fit mom project season 10 picture from last year November then she told me she wanted to lose weight. However she couldn't do exercise because she had injury on her back. I told her weight loss is based on your attitude. It's 80% diet and 20% exercise.
She wasn't ready until this year august. She had improved a lot. She told me she never wore size S before but she can wear it now. Next, she wants to have abs challenge now. I believe she can do it!

Size L to size S
Weight loss 4.8kg
Body fat loss 3%
Arm loss 2cm
Waist loss 4cm
Abdomen loss 4cm
Butt loss 3cm
Hip loss 2cm

我的朋友从去年11月看到我在 Fit Mom Project 第十季马甲线妈妈女神的照片时,她对我说她要减肥,可是她的腰曾进受伤过,怕不能做运动。当时我回答她其实减肥和瘦身都是80% 饮食 + 20% 运动 = 100% 心态。
那时的她心态还没准备好,直到今年8月她信息我说要踏出第一步尝试, 她三个月的成绩真的很好,她还开心的告诉我从来没有穿过S码,现在总于可以做到了,接下来她想要挑战马甲线,我相信她一定可以做到的
