🤭 Many did asked me how I maintain my weight as well as body structure with complete nutrition.

Here's a simple sharing. Never miss 5 meals per day with sufficient carbo, carbo complex and protein. Protein intake minimally 80g per day which comes from source of protein food to reduce hunger, increase muscle mass & strength, reduce craving, boost metabolism and help maintain weight loss as well. 😍

Of course not forget a minimally 2 times exercise per week. 🥰

The world is fair, whatever you wish to achieve you have to learn to put effort and persevere. Everyone decides what kind of life they want through their own efforts for more satisfying, fulfilling, confident and healthier life. 🥰

Here's my abs, glute and shoulder transformation journey which I successfully achieved before enter 40. 😁 It took me 3 months to achieve abs and 6 months for glute and shoulder build/shape up for better posture, overall sturdier body structure which helps alot in daily life task. 😘

Special thanks and truely appreciate all lovely coaches (you know who you are) and also all my supportive fit ladies and fit moms for your guidance and encouragement during this beautiful journey. 😚

Happiness is not being rich or affording everything you want, it is not a final destination too.

Happiness is a combination of how satisfied you are with your life and how good you feel on a day-to-day basis.

Our life changes from time to time, our mood fluctuates, but you have the ability to control how you feel with just consistent effort just like healthy eating and exercising habit, you can form life long habits for a more satisfying and fulfilling life.

I would say this is my most satisfying transformation journey in my life before age 40. Not only I success to get rid of tummy fats and bump I have also successfully achieved abs in 3 months time followed by maintaining a consistent healthy food intake daily which pair with consistent workout. 😊

My 2022 dream is to achieve a beautify glute as well as sexy shoulder. All of these take months of hardwork and determination to achieve it. 💪

It is not just about maintaining shape or figure. The most important is still obtaining a long term healthy lifestyle. Thanks to all my great coaches, my mentor, my fellow fitmom leads and my family who always support and encourage each others daily. Teamwork makes the dream work.

It's been a week i missed my workout due to busy life. Today finally had my 1 hour tabata, hiits, abs, glute, shoulder and chest exercise. Blessed that my abs still maintain as of now. Looking forward for Wonder Mummy photoshoot very soon. 💪

Each time seeing my own achievement and milestone i'm felt so grateful and bless to be part of Fit Mom Community which non-stop giving me this opportunities to keep healthy besides fit. We do not know what will happen tomorrow but at least we will not regret for loving and taking care of our body which given and blessed by God. Thank you God and everyone who's always by my side. 🥰

Pre and Post CNY Fitness Tracking~
Gained 1.0 kg of muscles mass partial because of glute, shoulder and chest muscle training. Fat % maintained the same. Glad overall still on track. Today continue hiits & abs workout to pick up stamina. 💪 加油😍

It's been exact a year since i joined Fit Mom Project. I believed this is the craziest thing i have ever done 😆 . I never thought this will work on me when i first joined as my main goal was just to get rid of my tummy fatsss. After trying it's not that tough as i thought. In less than 5 months with 20% workout, 80% nutrition and 100% positive mindset, my fat % & body weight successfully reduced from 26% --》20.x % and 58kg --》 51.x kg and currently at maintenance level, upgrading myself into Wonder Mummy Journey. 😍

I've never regret & proud with the achievement. From loss fat to absolute abs, let's keep the momentum to maintain the healthy lifestyle. 🥰
