Refund and Return Policy

Due to the health and safety concerns, we DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders unless there is a manufacturer defect. Only submit a request if you meet one of the following criteria:

•Received damaged items
•Manufacture defects
•Missing items from your order

Request will be rejected if you do not meet the criteria above mentioned. Defective Item

If you believe you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise, you must submit a request from Contact Us widget on the page within 7 days of the delivery received date and provide a photo of the defective item and the packing slip. If we made a mistake with your order we will cover all shipping and handling back to us. IMPORTANT
When submitting the request for a return/exchange request using Contact Us widget, please indicate your order number, email, and full name and choose the best options from the drop down menu for your concern. Shipping fee is ONLY refunded if the product is defective or mis-shipped.
