Nucleus Chiropractic is growing, and we’re looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team!
If you’re responsible, punctual, organized, friendly, and comfortable communicating with people, we’d love to hear from you.
📍 Location: Puchong, Selangor
💼 Full-Time/Part-Time (Full Time Preferred)
🗓 5 days/week: Monday off + 1 weekday rotational off
⏰ Weekend work required
What you’ll be mainly doing:
• Manage patient enquiries & appointments
• Handle WhatsApp & calls
• Coordinate schedules & patient flow
• Follow up with patients
• Support daily clinic operations
Requirements:
✓ Minimum SPM / Diploma
✓ Fluent in English & BM
✓ Good communication skills
✓ Comfortable with computers & WhatsApp
✓ Reliable, punctual & responsible
✓ Able to work independently
