I Wasn’t Healed. I Rebuilt Myself.

Before I was 15, I believed in people.
I had many friends, and everything felt real.

Then I was betrayed.
Once at 14. Again at 15.

That year, I hid in the school bathroom and cried.
Then I walked out like nothing happened.

For the next two years, I barely spoke.
For the next ten, I stopped letting anyone in.

I shut myself down
not silence, but disconnection.

At 27, I walked into a gym.

The moment I put on boxing gloves,
I realized something
emotions can be released, not just buried.

I trained until my body felt strong.
Until I no longer hated what I saw in the mirror.
I even stepped into the ring and won a gold medal.

That was the first time
I pulled myself back,from the inside.

Later, I could no longer fight the same way due to spinal injuries from boxing.
So I chose a different way to live,by creating.

I built a brand, got recognized, got featured.
From someone who stayed silent,
I became someone people called “teacher.”

I thought I was healed.

Then the world stopped.
March 2020

During the pandemic, I fell into something deeper.
It wasn’t pain. It was emptiness.

I tried to end my life:twice.
I didn’t succeed.

So I learned something:
keep myself busy,
so the darkness has no space to return.

Now, I’m 42.
I carry many roles, many passions, many identities.
I’m not the richest
but this is the life I love the most.

If I had to sum up these past 20+ years

I wasn’t healed.

I rebuilt myself.
Piece by piece.
From everything that once broke me.
