Public apology in demand 🔥

Yesterday, while I was driving, I suddenly received a message saying:

“I paid for your soap-making workshop. Why haven’t you sent me the address? Are you a scammer?”

The message completely caught me off guard. I was so concerned that I could no longer concentrate on driving, so I pulled over immediately.
I then repeatedly contacted the person and asked them to provide their contact number or any information that could help me identify the transaction.
Several hours later, the person finally replied and said:

“I’m sorry. The issue has been resolved. I misunderstood you.”

I accepted the apology. However, I also asked the person to please remove the word “scammer” from their online comment, because such an accusation can seriously affect a small business and its reputation.
They said they could not find the comment anymore.

I explained that once something is posted publicly online, it can leave traces and potentially affect a person or brand even after it is deleted. I asked them to please check again before I considered taking any further action.

I will be making a police report and keeping an official record of this incident in the coming days.
The person’s profile is also private, which makes the situation even more difficult to verify
If you see anything regarding Looloo Makes being labelled as a “scammer,” please do not spread it further. I am taking this matter seriously and will handle it through the proper channels.
