Congratulations to Coach Sharon and Coach Liew for achieving SUPERVISOR level by helping family members and friends become healthier!!😍😍
14 months ago, Sharon was facing a lot of health challenges and weight problem. We started of as a stranger when I met her nearby my club. After weeks and weeks of following up, she finally came for the wellness evaluation and started our 10+1 day nutrition club program💕💕
She then started bringing her husband and children to my club for special shake the following week because her main reason of her starting the product was because of her daughter. She was really worried for her as her daughter only takes a cup of “M” brand cocoa milk every morning and that’s it!
Then sometime around May, Sharon started following the diet and nutrition program seriously as she wasn’t very happy with her medical report. Sharon was very impressed with the progress of weight loss and that her health also improved along the way.
That's how her husband Liew started the nutrition program along with her. At that time, Liew came with a belly and high visceral fat. Now they both have lost 9kg and 5kg respectively! Most importantly their health level has greatly improved. After becoming healthier, with the intention of helping many family members, friends and many people become healthy, Sharon and Liew have decided to become health coaches! Congratulations to you both once again😃Let's help more people be healthier and happier together!

First time leading a small group to hike through Taman Tugu forest trails, which is gentle and unchallenging for people from all fitness level.
It’s mostly flat with distinct and well-kept pathways.
Can’t believe this beautiful and well-kept hiking place is located in the heart of KL! ❤️
Though we started off slightly late this round but we managed to finish the trail by 10am plus.
Could have made it earlier but we took our time, had some chats and lots of pictures of course 😜
We still made it in time for an early lunch at LOKL.
Overall, it was such a a great time spent, can’t wait to explore more hiking places with the group again🥰
