【宝宝辅食】

最近都在跟学员们探讨有关宝宝辅食这个课题。妈咪们几乎都会问“老师，你有食谱可以分享吗？”
我都会说，宝宝会告诉我们要怎么煮的。

多少妈咪是忙了一圈精心准备好辅食，却发现宝宝一点都不赏脸的？欢迎举手点赞😂
多少妈咪因为这个辅食过程搞得身心疲累，甚至宝宝一到进餐时间就不开心的闹。。。
当然很佛系的妈咪也大有人在。

那么要如何开始准备辅食的过程呢？
【观察】=
用【心】看到自己眼前的孩子。

🍚不同谷类都有各自不同的能量
用白米煮的，胚芽米煮的，还是有机糙米煮的，都是不同的。找到合适的米很重要。宝宝会透过反应来告诉你他需要什么米。

🥦宝宝只吃他需要的
食材方面，有机菜跟一般化学种植的菜，能量不同，宝宝都会告诉我们他需要什么。

🍱不同煮法也是不同能量
如果mama够细心，会发现，有时宝宝愿意吃蒸的，有时愿意吃烫的甚至炒的。。。mama只要配合着做就可以了。

这也是为何6-12个月很难给食谱，
因为每个孩子需要的不同。
而开始进入辅食变主食的学步儿，
因为早午晚需要的能量不同，
所以需要的煮法也不同。
不同活动量的宝宝，需要的也肯定不同。

食谱，反而是一种绊脚石。
但是，我们需要对于食物能量有认知，才能知道宝宝的表达。

这些食物都会破坏味觉，让宝宝们失去分辨力，而出现偏爱吃这些食物。
