Orange is a one very versatile essential oil with countless uses. It’s very affordable and it’s easy to make other people fall in love with it too!

𝐀 𝐆𝐀𝐌𝐄 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐎 𝐂𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐋 𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐒

I usually start the day with a simple breakfast. I really love cereals. Who else is the same? 🙋‍♀️

When Young Living first introduced Einkorn Flakes Cereal I was super excited. But I had doubts at first of how it’s going to taste like. You see, healthy stuffs usually don’t taste that good and we have to take time to adjust to the taste 😆

But no worries, this Einkorn cereal tastes as good as typical cereals. It’s delicious and can be taken on its own, in fact. I take mine with almond milk.

Einkorn is an ancient grain that contains higher levels of protein and lower gluten levels than modern wheat because of its unique genetic. Therefore, it is more compatible with human body.

With 100 calories, 25 grams of whole grains and 4 grams of proteins per serving plus no artificial ingredients, this is a great way to kick start the day.

The small amount of coconut sugar in the ingredients give a bit of sweetness to the taste and keeps the flakes crunchy!

2. I’ll write it down and post it somewhere I can see everyday. It’s important for me to see my goals everyday. It’s keeping me on track where I’m going and how far I have progressed.

There will be hurdles along the way but we got oils for that! 😎

THE STORY OF VALOR

Everyone loves Valor. It is a must have oil!
Why? - It helps with inner strength, confidence, courage, quite sleep of night (read: no more snores) and supports the body ability to align itself (hence it is the oil in many protocols).

But did you know it is not easy to produce a bottle of Valor? Young Living had been through all sort of challenges!

Six years ago, Young Living hit a major growth spurts (sounds familiar?). 150% growth and our
farms couldn’t keep up with Black Spruce production, Valor had to be put on hold. Until finally Gary decided to buy a huge acreage in Canada to ensure we will never have trouble with Black Spruce again.

That’s not all, blue tansy had a bad season and Valor was put on hold again.

Rosewood then found to be closed to be becoming an endangered species so the search started for an oil that would be sustainable and has the same qualities as rosewood - hence later we found camphor wood oil!

Have you heard of crop rotation?
●Its a practise of planting different crops sequentially on the same plot of land.
For example:
After corn is harvested, a farmer might plant beans on the same land. Corn consumes lots of nitrogen while beans return nitrogen to the soil

●Why does it matter?
•If same crop is planted on same plot of land every year, the crop will continually draw the same nutrient out of the soil.
•Pests and diseases will be happy making the soil a permanent home as their preferred food supply is guaranteed.

● What do other companies do?
• they will increase levels of chemical fertilisers (to keep yields high); and pesticides (to keep bugs and disease at bay).

●What does YL do?
