Not trying to scare anyone but there’s no harm preparing and taking charge of our own wellness as preparation to fight if such unfortunate toll happens.
Going back to basic is always the best; moving towards a healthier lifestyle helps to increase your total body immune system which involves not only food, active lifestyle, chemical exposure from food and product used and mind too.
For us, this whole wellness journey would be impossible if not for the support group and a lot of reading. Step by step we are changing and taking charge of our health towards a better lifestyle and we hope it be that step for everyone who is reading this.
Why essential oils? because it is going back to basic. Understanding the chemistry of this oils that is so potent and 100% natural allow us to benefit it and provide us that full support towards better wellness. This is not cure but it is definitely my choice as prevention.
