We’re grateful to have been part of The Heart Of Better Sleep by LAC Malaysia , a day dedicated to exploring the beautiful connection between sleep, relaxation, and heart health.
From Understanding The Connection Between Sleep & Heart Health with Dr. Beh Ting Yuen, Consultant Cardiologist at Prince Court Medical Centre, to discovering How Essential Oils Support Calmness, Relaxation & Bedtime Rituals with Wen, each session offered a meaningful reminder to slow down, unwind, and reconnect with ourselves.
