因为长过痘，所以更懂你——一位年轻美容师的真心话

我是Pei Wen，是一名专攻痘痘肌的美容师。

你可能不信，2年半前的我，满脸囊肿痘痘，连出门拿外卖都要戴口罩。

那时候我刚刚入行，别的美容师皮肤都白白嫩嫩，只有我——额头、脸颊、下巴，一片“火山爆发”。顾客看到我，给我第一反应是：“你自己脸都这样，还能帮我弄好？”

说实话，这种感受让我受伤过很多次。

但我没走。因为我比谁都清楚，痘痘不是“不卫生”“不忌口”那么简单。我经历过：

· 在做美容之前也买了很多产品，越用越油
· 被美容院按着挤痘，留下永远消不掉的痘坑
· 半夜失眠，因为害怕红肿明天又要见人

后来我花了半年时间，学了皮肤科基础、成分原理、炎症通路，拿了自己的脸当“试验田”。慢慢把皮肤从重度痤疮调理到偶尔冒一两颗痘。

现在，我终于敢素颜面对每一位顾客。

我怎么做痘痘顾客？

👉 先照分析皮肤问题，再听你讲
不急着上手，先问：最近熬夜吗？压力大吗？换过护肤品吗？——痘痘是结果，原因往往藏在生活里。

👉 不暴力清痘，不推销配套
清痘有严格手法和消毒标准，该针清的不手软，不该动的绝对不动。我不会说“你签个配套十次包好”，因为每个人的皮肤反应不同，我只会根据你每次的恢复情况调整方案。

👉 我把你当成“那时候的自己”
你说“我觉得自己好丑”，我说“我也说过一模一样的话”。
你说“是不是治不好了”，我说“你看我的脸，就是答案”。

很多顾客后来跟我说，最治愈的不是护理那一两个小时，而是我能接住她的所有焦虑和自卑。因为我真的懂。

你不用急着变好，也不用自责。
痘痘不是你的错，它只是你身体发出的信号。

46岁，我终于找到了与身体和解的方式✨

从小到大，我一直是个易胖体质。别人吃两口就饱了，我是饱了还能再吃两口😅 为了瘦下来，我试过太多瘦身产品，结果总是反反复复——瘦一点，又很快反弹回来。最难降的，永远是那层顽固的体内脂肪。

今年我46岁了。这个年纪，比起单纯追求体重秤上的数字，我更想让自己拥有一个健康、紧致的体态。瘦下来之后，整个人看起来更有精神，气质也完全不一样了，那种轻盈感，真的会让人由内而外地开心起来💫

前几天去了普吉岛度假，4天的时间里，每天都在享受美食、喝着小酒，走路也不多，完全没有任何节制。心想回去肯定要胖几斤了……

结果回来一上秤，不但没增，反而轻了！😱

真的太惊喜了！终于找到了一种即使放松享受，身体也能给我正向回应的方式。不再像以前那样辛苦地对抗体重，而是真正开始享受变好的过程。

At 46, I finally found a way to get along with my body ✨

I've struggled with an easy weight-gain constitution since I was young. While others stop eating when full, I could always go for "just a few more bites" 😅 Over the years, I tried countless weight-loss products, but the result was always the same—lose a little, gain it back quickly. The hardest part has always been shedding that stubborn inner body fat.

Now I'm 46. At this age, more than just chasing numbers on the scale, I truly want a fit and healthy physique. When I started losing weight, I noticed how much more energetic and graceful I looked. There's something about feeling light that brings joy from the inside out 💫

I recently went on a 4-day trip to Phuket. Every day was all about enjoying good food, drinks, and barely any walking—total indulgence without restrictions. I was fully prepared to gain weight when I got home.

But guess what? I stepped on the scale and found I'd actually lost weight! 😱

What an amazing surprise! Finally, I've found a way that lets me enjoy life while my body responds positively. No more struggling and fighting against my weight—I'm truly starting to enjoy the journey of becoming a better version of myself.
