2) Delivery will be carried out via trusted and reliable courier service.
3) For on-time and accurate delivery, kindly provide full/detailed address (including zip code, city and state).
4) For payment made via online banking, the order shall only be delivered upon receipt of payment at our bank account (this usually takes 2 - 3 working days).
5) Goods sold are not refundable nor exchangeable.
