Do you know how often should you wash your hair?
Everyday? Every 2days? Every week?

There is no right or wrong answer for this and it depends on few factors like below :

1. Type of Hair
Straight and thin hair needs to be washed more frequently than curly or thick hair. Over washing your hair can be very damaging and it may lead to hair loss in a long run.

2. Sweat / Physical Dirt
It is recommended to wash your hair after heavy workout or outdoor tasks. This will help to wash away the sebum, dirt or dust and to avoid triggering any possible allergy reactions.

3. Styling Products
Frequent use of styling products would means more frequent hair wash as styling products can build up on your hair and scalp, which may lead to hair damage and irritation.
