1) What is Sonne Sauna?
Sonne in German means the Sun, the energy that powers all lives on earth. Sonne Sauna is a far-infrared (FIR) sauna. Sonne is made up of Canadian red cedar, the highest quality, and aroma-therapeutic softwood. It utilizes carbon panels that distribute the heat gently and evenly across the cabin. Sonne comes in a standard unit (1–2 seater, 4.0W x 4.5L feet) as well as a corner unit (2–3 seater, 5.0W x 5.5L feet).

2) What are the differences between Sonne Sauna and the traditional hot stove/steam sauna?
Sonne does not conduct heat by heating up the air like the hot stove and steam sauna which makes them hot and stuffy. Sonne conducts radiant heat which gently warms up the body while creating a soothing warmth in the sauna cabin. Moreover, the user can set the temperature of the sauna which is comfortable for him/her.

3) What are the benefits of Sonne Sauna?
Sonne sauna emits FIR which penetrates 1–1.5 inches into our body and warms up the body slowly and gently. 5) How often should I use Sonne Sauna?
Generally, 3 to 4 times a week will be sufficient. However, a large study has shown that 4 to 7 times a week will give you optimal results.

6) How long should I use the sauna per session?
The recommended time is 30 minutes per session starting from room temperature. The sauna cabin will slowly warm up till the set temperature. Generally, the temperature is set in a range of 52C to 57C, depending on one’s liking.

7) What should I do inside the sauna during the 30-minute session?
