My skincare routine after Stridex!

1. Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Ampoule- 100% Centella Asiatica extract to soothe skin redness and calm irritation

2. Torriden Dive in serum- Contains hyaluronic acid in different molecular weights to provide intense hydration to the skin and panthenol to soothe the skin. I normally apply this serum on areas that are dry.

3. Round Lab Birch Juice Moisturising Cream- I will apply this cream after using the serum. It can act as a protective layer on the skin and prevent moisture from escaping.

‼️Remember to hydrate and moisturise the skin after using chemical exfoliant: AHA, BHA, PHA, LHA

1. 77% 积雪草提取物- 本人肌肤有点敏感，所以很依赖积雪草[哇R][哇R][哇R] 它能保湿，能镇静，舒缓肌肤，祛红，修护抗老。
2. 4%烟酰胺- 之前有用过The ordinary 10% 的烟酰胺精华，那个对我来说太强了，肌肤变红变痒。后来查了查发现大多数关于烟酰胺护肤的研究都是使用浓度(2%-5%)的烟酰胺。10%的烟酰胺对皮肤敏感的我真的太强了！烟酰胺能减少黑色素向皮肤角质层转运，减少黑色素在角质层沉积，减少皮肤棕色斑点的面积和数量。
3. 专利成分Madewhite™️凝珠子- 积雪草的主要活性成分-羟基积雪草苷。当皮肤受到刺激时会产生黑色素，羟基积雪草苷能消炎并控制住黑色素的形成，转运，进而达到美白的功效。
4. 2% 传明酸- 近年来很火的美白成分！研究显示2%-5% 的传明酸可以改善因太阳暴露而形成的肤色不均，淡化痘疤，黄褐斑。传明酸比起其他的酸也相对温和，可以和其他美白成分搭配。而且它不反黑，早晚使用也可以
5. 维Ｃ衍生物 （3-0-ethyl ascorbic acid): 相比起维C（ascorbic acid)，相对稳定。可以美白，抗老（促进胶原蛋白生成), 抗氧化。

‼️所以我到底白了吗？ 肤色是有明显的提亮，痘疤也淡了。毕竟只是用了1个月，不能指望痘疤全没了啊！😂 还有半瓶，继续用！真的便宜好用，1瓶100ml都能用上2个月了。我也有用在脖子上，不然只有脸提亮了，脖子跟脸肤色不同也太尴尬了

相信大家应该都用过鼻头贴，沾了水放在鼻头上10-15分钟后拔掉，看到鼻头贴上满满的脏东西莫名的有一种满足感，觉得鼻头上的黑头，白头全都被拔出来了！

‼️问题来了-那些真的只是黑头，白头而已吗？
❌因为鼻头贴在沾水后的粘力强，所以黏在鼻头贴上的还有你的死皮，健康的皮肤。换句话说，就是把鼻头贴贴着的部分表面上的东西全吸上来。因此，很多人在使用后，肌肤都会泛红，刺痛，那是因为皮肤屏障被伤害了。

‼️可以长期使用鼻头贴吗？
真的不建议。如果临时需要有很好的皮肤状态帮助上妆什么的，那短期使用没太大的问题。长期的话容易损坏肌肤屏障，造成肌肤敏感，毛孔粗大。

‼️那该怎么长期去黑头呢？
🌼肌肤不敏感的-刷水杨酸。能分解堵住毛孔的油脂，死皮等等，还能控油。油脂分泌减少，毛孔自然就不堵，那油脂也无法接触空气氧化形成黑头了。

🌸肌肤敏感的- 使用卸妆油。卸妆油可以溶解油性物质，对改善黑头有效果。

🌸膨润土面膜 (Bentonite Clay Mask) / 活性碳面膜（Active Charcoal Mask)- 能够吸收皮肤表面的油脂和污垢，并清除毛孔。所有肌肤类型皆可使用。一星期1-2次即可。
