Tangan yang menghayun buaian, bisa menggoncang dunia.
Tiada lelaki yang mampu melalui jerih perih kesakitan dan pengorbanan dari awal kandungan hingga ke kelahiran manusia kecil hingga menyusui siang dan malam hinggalah ke besar.

Salam Nuzul Quran to all muslims. Today's encounter, a soldier came to our PGAT with complaint of hypersensitive and throbbing pain at uppr Rt tooth especially when drinking cold water. Intraorally all teeth looked good and sound includimg restorations intact until the patient could specify the tooth in pain.

The vital pulp test done on 14 to confirm and it is also positive on percussion. PA xray taken to dig the cause of the problem and we found that there is wide gap underneath the filling suggesting secondary caries, microleakage and involving pulp.

It was a sleepy morning 🤣 until got this patient.
Tetiba je hilang ngantuk.
Willingly to finish the treatment even almost skip the noon break.
Mungkin ini yang dikatakan "cinta".
