ALWAYS CHOOSE A LOW PH GENTLE CLEANSER❗️
Kenapa? Supaya skin barrier tidak terganggu. memang one of the facial cleansers yang gentle and low pH(5.5).
2 star ingredients ni-Coconut Oil & Olive Oil, sangat bagus untuk kulit kita sebab dia membantu untuk merawat jerawat dan mengekalkan kelembapan kulit. Sebagai seorang yang ada kulit kering, I tak s**a bila cuci muka and kulit rasa ketat and tegang 😰 bila guna cleanser from Bougas, I rasa kulit I selesa je.

HANDS DOWN TO ONE OF THE BEST SCRUB EVER!
Okay, opinion saya mungkin biased, tapi saya memang tak tipu, best gila niii 🥰
Walaupun ada orang cakap yang physical exfoliator ni might harm your skin, actually memang betul, JIKA beads dia terlalu kasar.
Beads Face scrub Bougas ni bukan setakat halus je, beads dia bulat dan tidak menyakitkan kulit. Lagi best, bila lepas scrub, confirmmmm lembutttt je kulit, fuh! Rasa nak scrub hari-hari! Nasib baik tak boleh 😂
Extra ingredient scrub ni yang memang my favorite is Salicylic Acid(SA)! Sebab apa? Sebab dia akan pe*****te deep into your skin and bersihkan kekotoran dalam skin tu, that’s why dia boleh bantu jugak dari segi jerawat.
Cuma awak perlu ingat 2 perkara ni:
❗️ Exfoliate kulit tak perlu hari-hari okay, 2-3 times a week cukup(depends on your skin).
❗️Jangan scrub masa tengah ada active pimples!

One of the thing yang saya rasa menyesal tak discover from dulu is sunscreen yang best macam ! 🥲
Dulu even pergi skin treatment(saya pernah kena fungus kt muka), ada bagi skincare set yg ada sunscreen pun rasa tak minat nak pakai sebab sunscreen dia rasa berminyak and macam melepak(sebab ada whitecast). Time tu first time nak pakai sunscreen, tetiba first impression dekat sunscreen dah buruk, terus tak berminat nak ambik tahu about sunscreen. Slowly discover ilmu skincare and ambik tahu why sunscreen penting.
Sunscreen Bougas memang one of the best so far sebab lepas pakai tak rasa berminyak, takde bau sunscreen yg macam tak best tu 😂, and broad spectrum. Another of my favorite is yg 3W Clinic tu, best jugak, mungkin sebab my skin dry kot, so any sunscreen yg bagi effect glow-glow saya s**a!
