Pre-pooing is the process of applying a treatment to your hair before the actual shampoo process. The treatment provides your hair with a protective layer. This is helpful because shampooing can strip from the hair. And applying after shampooing isn't always enough to lost moisture.

Many people with low porosity or fine hair find that deep conditioning after shampooing leaves hair feeling over-moisturised, weighed down and lacking definition. To prevent this, you can apply pre poo treatment to your hair.

I’ve been colouring my hair for 20years now. 1st it was for fun, now it’s more essential. Since I’m into hair care; I only use natural hair colour products and I love. It leaves my hair healthy and vibrant. Feel free to ask me what I natural products I use.

In conjunction with International Yoga Day, I’ve challenged myself to do yoga everyday at 5:30am for 21days. Day 1 completed. 20 days to go. It’s not easy but nothing difficult when you put your intentions to it.
What’s your biggest challenge?

I’ve been having curls for 18 months now. Absolutely love it. Though it’s hard work it defines my character precisely.
Straight hair is gorgeous too. Care free and lesser maintenance.

"Should I get bangs?" But unlike the those floral dresses you can easily return, bangs are much more of a commitment.
Bangs definitely make for a youthful new look and are thankfully work for curly hair textures, too. But though it appears effortless, the build-up isn't quite as breezy.
I never had bangs for 25 years now. I would like to try it next year.
