8 TIPS TO EAT RIGHT DURING THE FESTIVE SEASONS.
1. Eat slowly and savor every bite: Eating slowly can help you to identify when you are full and avoid overeating.
2. Make veggies the star of your plate: Load up your plate with vegetables instead of starches and fatty proteins.
3. Limit alcoholic beverages: Alcoholic beverages are high in sugar and calories. Try to have no more than one drink per day.
4. Get enough sleep: Lack of sleep can cause an increase in hunger hormones, leading to overeating.
5. Plan your meals: Try to plan out your meals in advance to keep yourself from eating too much.
6. Choose healthy snacks: Instead of reaching for chips and other unhealthy snacks, opt for fresh fruits, vegetables, and nuts.
7. Limit processed foods: Processed foods are typically high in calories and unhealthy fats.
8. Stay active: Exercise regularly to burn extra calories and boost your metabolism.

It is coming to the end of 2023 and it is time to reflect our achievements in 2023.
Are you feeling Accomplished with all the Goals that you have met and somewhat met? It has been another difficult year and it is ok to meet some and miss some of our goals.
The most important is that we and that we some crucial lessons in 2023.
If we are feeling somewhat stressed that we have missed our Goals by miles and miles apart, that we have gone off tangent or thrown overboard, there are 2 things to do.
🎯 Reflect on our . Are they real? Are they balanced? Are they clear?
🚄 Reflect on our Platform and System. Are we on a Bullet Train or Locomotion heading towards our or are we actually running our lungs out on a Hamster Mill?
Are your as Sturdy and Strong like a Lighthouse swept over and over again by the strong waves?
