“A Simple Act of Care, A Big Difference in Their Lives”

Today, we had the privilege of visiting an old folks’ home to help the elderly with something many of us take for granted—cutting their nails. A small act, yet so essential for their hygiene and comfort.

For those of us who can trim our own nails, it’s a blessing we often don’t think about. But for some elderly individuals, limited mobility and vision make even simple tasks a challenge.

Let’s take a moment to appreciate our abilities and, more importantly, extend a helping hand to those who need it. Every little effort counts in bringing warmth and dignity to their lives.

Oh yes, and we are so honoured to witness their very first harvest of NZ perpetual spinach! Well done 🤍
