LE MOUR’S TERMS & CONDITIONS (FB)

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service. 'We', 'Us', 'Ours', and 'Our' represent Le Mour whereby 'You', 'Your', and 'Yours' represent buyers. ORDERS
Kindly send us a message via Facebook PM with your name, mobile number, orders (including sizes if available), and address. No amendments are allowed once order has confirmed. PAYMENT
All payment can be made through online banking or manual cash transfer. A proof of successful transaction shall be notified to us. Payments shall not be considered to be made until full amount of funds have cleared. All orders will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours of non-payment. Price and shipping rate are subjected to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted. DELIVERY
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment. For out of stock items usually take 4 to 6 weeks to reach. Delivery will be carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Malaysia). We provide Free Delivery for order above MYR100 throughout Peninsular Malaysia, Sarawak & Sabah. A Flat Rate of RM7 will be charged for orders below MYR150. Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claims will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any). PRODUCTS
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. RETURNS & EXCHANGE
