Thrilled to once again serve as Costume Designer and Wardrobe for an unforgettable charity musical filled with beloved Broadway hits like “The Schuyler Sisters,” “Mamma Mia,” and “Hello Dolly”,

It was an absolute honour and joy working alongside the incredibly talented .sulaiman.56 , , and for a heartwarming evening of song and dance.

All proceeds from the event will go towards supporting Persatuan Sindrom Down Malaysia (PSDM), an organization close to my heart that’s dedicated to uplifting the lives of individuals with Down Syndrome and their families.

Special thank you to my beloved partner Dominique Devorsine and to everyone who came together to make this event so special. Let’s continue spreading love, music, and compassion.

I am incredibly honoured to have been part of the creative team for the Theater Comedy Pantomime "Cinderella," directed by the talented Joanna Bessey. This debut production under the Petaling Jaya Performing Arts Centre (PJPAC) ran at PJPAC’s Stage One last weekend and it was an absolute joy to see it come to life!

"Cinderella" offered a delightful experience for audiences of all ages, with a clever and cheery script that brought laughs and light-hearted fun. Our cast, led by Mia Sara Shauki as Cinderella and Brian Chan as Prince Marteeny, delivered outstanding performances that truly captivated the audience.

The show was a wonderful blend of humor and heart, with a script that localized the classic fairy tale in a fresh and engaging way. From the playful banter to the Gen Z lingo, it was a production that resonated with everyone. The multimedia backdrop by Syamsul Azhar added a unique and entertaining touch, perfectly complementing the whimsical nature of the story.

A big shoutout to the entire cast & ensembles Joanne Kam, Papi Zak, Nabil Zakaria, Sheikh Irfan Mansor, Alya Amani and Izzaldin K, who brought so much energy and joy to their roles.

Did you know that 3,000 new chemicals are introduced to us each year? It is estimated that there are over 3 million chemicals and just a little over 1% of those has actually been tested for safety? Here are some hard and true statistics just for the US alone. The US Congress stated, "It is generally understood that the number of chemical compounds currently recognised in the United States exceeds 3 million and approximately 3,000 new ones are being added each year.
How many of these chemical compounds are they testing before they enter into our societies? The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has reviewed over 36.000 of these chemicals. That may sound like a lot, but that is only slightly over 1% of all chemicals!
We know that Personal care products contain some of the worst toxic chemicals. In a study by the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, they tested 2,938 chemicals and found that 884 are toxic, 78 cause acute toxicity, 376 are skin and eye irritants, 314 may cause biological mutations, 218 may cause reproductive complications, and 146 may cause tumors.
A 15 year EPA study stated, "Stay at home moms and women who work from home are 54% more likely to die from cancer than women who don't work from home."

The 'Southern Volunteers Leadership Program' was indeed an of a lifetime. We all came from different backgrounds, some whom we met 19years ago in a similar program when we were ourselves. We parted ways along those years,focusing on our career,family, children and life.. 6th September 2020, we came together as 1.. A common goal, a common vision where we were all aligned. We made it happened, we made a ,we made a stand and it all started with us.
