My greatest desire is to help others cope with health, wellness and the aging process gracefully in a holistic manner without the intervention of drugs or medication. Our bodies have the innate capability to care and repair itself, provided it is fed with proper nutrients, have a balanced diet, drinking clean waters, have a good measure of non-invasive exercise and quality restful sleep. Cells can repair and regenerate, and we all can experience Aging Reversal in the true sense! I had been running a Traditional Wellness Spa business for more than 8 years and would like to share some of my experiences with the community here. I gave up the business so that I am not bound by a 10am to 10pm routine and also the tedious process in staff recruitment..
