What’s in my bag for this island trip:

1. Protection from the sun 🌞. Of course my mineral sunscreen lotion. Keep on lathering it on. Additional steps is to rub the carrot seed eo at the sole of my feet a few days before the trip starts as well as on the trip. Lavender cooling mist on the face and neck after cleansing for the cooling effect after the sun burn.

2. After carrying that heavy backpack, swimming around, picking up rubbish at the beach clean up, a lot of panaway helps to ease the muscle pain. I used claraderm as base oil since tak bawak any carrier oil for massage.

3. White angelica is a must a there are 25 of us in the trip and most of them i am meeting for the first time. Tak boleh tinggal ni 😉

4. Lavender for any scrapes or cuts. Guna jugak utk jerawat yg decided untuk muncul ni 🤭

5. Aromaease is a must for the 3.5 hours ferry journey from the jetty to the island. All was well no dizzy or motion sickness for me. Pair it with peppermint as well and asam betik huhuhu

6. Last is peace & calming to help with adjusting the sleep system at a new place with another 3 strangers. Yes i missed my own bed but p&c helped me falls asleep 💤
