Customer came in with 80% white hair, asking for black.

After a consultation, stylist suggested dark-medium brown instead. To give a softer, more natural look. To have the whites blend in with the blacks. To stretch the period until next visit is needed.

Customer was hesitant, but gave it a go.

It turned out beautifully.

8 weeks later, customer returned for a root touch up. Stylist lifted the color half a shade lighter. Lighter color would make the regrow less contrast. Hence the low maintenance.

Result was even better. Perfectly blended between the whites and blacks. Colors are vibrant. This is going to last more than 8 weeks.

When Nora first joined our salon, she had no experience in the beauty industry.
