Posted • Therapy is not only for those who are unwell or struggling with a mental health issue. In fact, it can be just as valuable for those striving toward a goal or aiming to succeed. The key lies in removing the stigmas attached to psychotherapy and embracing it as a tool to enhance our mindset and perception of personal growth.

This was the central message shared by speaker Melissa Tan Chien Yi at Options’ International Women’s Day (IWD) Forum, held at the International Gallery in the Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club (KLGCC), on March 24. Tan co-founded Atas Mindset last year to make mental wellness accessible to all, boost emotional resilience and inspire meaningful change. A high achiever, she and her husband decided to leave behind their fast-paced lifestyle, moving to an idyllic island in Thailand, where life has taken on a new meaning for them and their two young children. Discover how she used therapy as an opportunity for self-reflection and to craft a new personal narrative.

Sisterhood and goodwill filled the International Gallery at the KLGCC, the venue for the IWD Forum, which celebrated women’s achievements and aspirations. Guest of honour Datuk Seri Maimunah Mohd Sharif, KL’s 15th mayor and the first female to hold the position, is a shining example of Women Boleh. She joined fellow panelists Lillian Tay of Veritas Design Group and Chung Chai Yin of Sime Darby Property in discussing ways to make KL more liveable and lovable.

Female empowerment and financial independence took centre stage during a fireside chat featuring former squash world champion Datuk Nicol David and Cyrene Kong of RHB Banking Group, moderated by Freda Liu.

明年的 2 月 4 号，世界将正式踏入九运，了解九运的趋势是我们搭上这趟列车的关键，因此在选择职业时，如果能紧随这些趋势，就能有更大赚钱机会。我将用八篇文章向大家介绍每一种趋势，大家不妨看看自己的行业是否符合这些趋势。
🎆左青龙、右白虎、前朱雀、后玄武，九运代表的是朱雀，朱雀在我们面前翩翩起舞，象征着漂亮和艳丽。九运是离卦，离为火，夜空出现的烟花绚烂夺目，当然也呈现出美丽的景象，所以九运与美息息相关。
【个人仪容的美】
🧑🏻与美最密切的行业是美业，之前我提到，九运是女性崛起的时代，女性对美的追求远远超越男性。在过去，很多男人只顾赚钱，秃头大肚腩也不顾，但随着九运的到来，即使大叔也会开始进行医美、注重打扮，尽量让自己保持帅气的一面。
👩🏻美业包括了传统的美容院、现代的医美以及整容，踏入九运，大家对美变得更加执着，对美有更高要求，抗衰老市场非常庞大。最近，马来西亚首家医美公司 DC Healthcare 成功上市，而新加坡方面也有 Niks Professional 美容医疗公司准备上市。其实医美市场远远超越整容业，因为每个月顾客都需要医美进行保养，而且 30 岁以上的女性消费能力更不容忽视，到了九运肯定还会继续增长。
👜除了美业，一切与美相关的行业都将迎来蓬勃发展，比如服装业、时尚包包等，也并非只有名牌才会受到追捧，即使是小众品牌，也有自己的市场。
【住家环境的美】
🏡过去，大部分人有钱了就追求建造大大的房子，尽量扩充空间完全不理会房子结构与美感。但随着九运的来临，大家会更注重室内设计与风格，开始懂得用装饰提升美感，来展现个人品味。
【包装设计的美】
🎁说到美，当然少不了产品包装，以前的商品只注重品质，只要产品好，就能卖，包装上缺乏了美观，但是现在的产品差异越来越小，只有美丽的包装才能增加产品识别度，近年来，就算是卖粽子，都开始利用精致的包装设计来抢市场。
