That do their best every morning, even on those days it’s just too tired to do anything, but do it anyway.

that give their all even if they, didn’t even know when was the last time they had a ‘me-time’

Those who cry alone, when some times its just too much to do too little time.

Those who still play and smile with their kids after going back home tired.

She’d just stay besides him and watch.

Watching her brother play with a longing sad face.

She won’t ask for it. But will be very happy if she gets her own toys or her brother share and play that with her

Later in my oiling journey, I discover that if u emotionally feel ignored, you will not be fighting for yourself, because somehow you feel that it’s already is a losing battle for you and you’d always try your best to avoid conflict

This traits shows later when she reach 2+ years old, she’s quiet, will not defend herself and lambat cakap berat mulut dlm tu ade emas

After Neb did the lip massages, oil-i-love you and keep saying to her I love her, also valor-ing her spine to help her with her posture,

She’s fierce now 😂 if her brother do something she don’t like, she will tell him off

I’m glad, I want her to be able to express herself and be comfortable with it.

My house is lively, full of little kids expressing themselves happily.

Neb ade Janji la juga dgn diri sendiri, nanti dah 30 lebih sikit nak jaga betui2 dlm luar, nak kasi sihat & hot 😂 🤣

Lepas anak 2 hot tu dah rasa mcm kirim salam jelahh hahah (bisik hati ibu yg susu kan setiap anak dia cukup sampai dua tahun, siap ni ade anak ke tiga 😆)

Siapa selalu tengok neb oiling anak2 kat igstory mesti teringat haritu Abg Bunyamin ade request nak RC masa minggu pertama sekolah bermula.

Masa dua tiga hari baru mula sekolah terdengar abg bun bersin dua tiga kali lepas balik sekolah.

Tak teringat pun nak sapu kan RC kat abg bun, sebab lepas sapu thieves abg bun berenti dah bersin nya.

Bila dah ade oiling routine, dan bagi abg bun decided oils apa dia nak pakai harini, rasa thankful sangat sebab kadang-kadang tak tahu pun ape abg bun rasa atau pun perlukan haritu.

Bila abg bun berturut turut minta rc, mak dia baru pause and think kenapa anak aku minta oils sama ni.

Hari2 dpt update dalam WA group tadika, parent inform cikgu anak tak datang, kadang tu panjang juga listnya.

Awal-awal masa nak decide perlu ke hantar ke tadika, risau juga sebab sekarang kan masih berjaga-jaga, yelahh walaupun pandemic ni dah dua tahun bersama kita, the worry is still there.

Bila kenal oiling ni, neb dapat rasa bertuah sgt, at least I have some tools to use and read the hints they gave me so I can ponder over it.

RC membantu pernafasan, organ berkait masa kita bernafas adalah paru-paru.
