Sunscreen is essential all year round. And it is especially important in summer when the sun gets hot. When the skin is exposed to UV rays for a long time, it causes excess production of melanin resulting in blemishes, freckles, pigmentation, and skin aging. That's why it's important to put on sunscreen.

1. How to use
Apply sunscreen during the last step of skin care. Apply thoroughly to the face as well as the ears and the front and back of the neck.

2. Apply regardless of season or weather
UV rays are present all year round regardless of the weather. Therefore, you should protect your skin from UV rays by applying sunscreen all year round, even on cloudy or rainy days.

3. Reapply after going out
Although it varies between sunscreens, their sun blocking effect usually lasts about 2-3 hours. And, it can wear off due to sweat or oil from skin after going out, so it's better to reapply every 2-3 hours.

4. Use within 6 months
The shelf life of sunscreen is 3 years if unopened, but it should be used within 6 months to 1 year after opening. If you use an old sunscreen, its UV protection effect might have decreased. So once you open it, you should use it as soon as possible.
